I just finished a 11.223km running that lasted about 1hh:3mm:28ss !

At the end of the week, a very nice longer run at the same pace, excellent weather, cloudless sky and light wind, but you can already feel the coming autumn. Today, for the first time I had to wear a long sleeve blouse, because it might be too cold for a short sleeve.
