4th Sep 19 - Running in Mons
I just finished a 8.154km running that lasted about 0hh:50mm:6ss !
Plan for today: run with 3x8min intervals in pace 5:06 - 5:18 min/km.
I was afraid if I could do all three repeats, but it went well, I had only change routine running track. Maybe in the future I would be able to jog during rest parts, but today I was just walking.
