I just finished a 7.096km running that lasted about 0hh:42mm:2ss !

First run for this week was planned as easy, comfortable run, and it was it. I felt very relaxed, I could run further, but I have in mind that tomorrow I will have a hard training with fast long intervals.
I am still leading in running challenge set by my younger brother 🙂
