It's raining, if it changes anything for me, I have to go to training and that's it. In fact, it did not rain so much, rather a small drizzle.

Today's run I started in quite fast pace, somehow the same went out, the temperature was right to run, I have a slight shortness of breath in the third kilometre, where there is a slight ascent, but later everything returned to normal. I changed the route in relation to the ones I was running recently, because there was a stretch of grass there, and today unfortunately the grass was wet. In return, I got another run up at the sixth kilometre and then it was downhill. Almost a kilometre more than yesterday, and the average rate has improved again. There is power !!! and it pleases me.
