My cycling stats - 3rd May - 36 km [#bike100kkm]
A day without training is a lost day, so what to do on non-running days? I ride a bike. I still have a problem with getting time for a longer ride, so the shorter one has to be made more intense.
The route of today's ride belongs to one of my favorites, there are short stiff uphills. You can go this route as I do today or in the opposite direction, then in place of one long uphill climb you have four shorter ones. The route in the second part is very picturesque, because it led along the historical canal from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries with historic elevators and drawbridges.
The second part of the training was a bit faster, because the wind bothered less, unfortunately it did not help. Unfortunately, I did not have time to stop, so I took pictures while riding.
Dzień bez trening jest dniem straconym, więc co robić w dni nie biegowe? Ja jeżdzę na rowerze. Ciągle mam problem z wygospodarowaniem czasu na dłuższą jazdę, więc krótsze trzeba robić bardziej intensywne.
Trasa dzisiejszej jazdy należy do jednej z moich ulubionych, są krótkie sztywne podjazdy. Można tą trasę jechać tak jak ja dzisiaj lub w przeciwnym kierunku, wtedy w miejsce jednego długiego podjazdu ma się cztery krótsze. Trasa w drugiej częsci bardzo malownicza, bo prowadziła wzdłuż kanału z przełomu XIX i XX wieku z historycznymi windami i zwodzonymi mostami.
Druga część treningu nieco szybszy, bo wiatr mniej przeszkadzał, niestety nie pomagał. Niestety nie miałem czasu na zatrzymanie, więc zdjęcia robiłem w czasie jazdy.
