[Fit July] #12 - Running / Bieganie [13.07.2018]
[Polski] Dziś był ostatni bieg w Ostródzie przed wyjazdem na krótki urlop na południe Polski, chyba, że dam radę wstać jutro wcześnie rano, żeby jeszcze parę kilometrów przebiec przed podróżą. Ale to się okaże jutro rano.
Wracając do dzisiejszego biegu, to poszło gładko, po wczorajszych burzach i ulewach powietrze przerzedziło się i biegło się zdecydowanie łatwiej, ta łatwość zachęciła mnie do wydłużenia dystansu i pobiegłem jeszcze wokół osiedla na którym mieszkam. Jedyną trudność na trasie miałem na podbiegu pod skarpę nad jeziorem, wcześniej ścieżka ta była drogą gruntową, ale miejscy włodarze zdecydowali, że lepiej będzie ją wybetonować kostką brukową, może dla spacerowiczów będzie to dobre rozwiązanie, ale dla biegaczy ten podbieg stał się o wiele trudniejszy, po prostu lepiej biegło się po gruntowej drodze. Także można to skomentować jednym słowem: Cywilizacja!
Jutro wyjazd na wakacje więc pozwoliłem sobie umieścić jedno zdjęcie wspominkowe z francuskiej plaży, obym i ja cieszył się takim relaksem jak te dwie plażowiczki :D.
[English] Today was the last jogging in Ostróda before going for a short vacation to the south of Poland, unless I can get up early in the morning to run a few kilometers before the trip. But it will turn out tomorrow morning.
Returning to today's run, it went smoothly, after yesterday's storms and downpours the air thinned out and I can ran much easier, this ease encouraged me to extend the distance and I ran around the housing estate where I lived. The only difficulty on the route I had on the slope next to lake, earlier this path was a dirt road, but the local authorities decided that it would be better for concrete cobblestones, maybe for walkers it will be a good solution, but for runners this uphill has become much harder it just ran better on the dirt road. I can comment on it in one word: Civilization!
Tomorrow I will go on vacation, so I allowed myself to put one photo from the French beach, I hope that I will be able to enjoy the relaxation like these two sunbathers :D
