[Fit July] #10 - Running / Bieganie [11.07.2018]
[Polski] Dzisiaj chyba był najcięższy dzień do biegania, strasznie się męczyłem, wciąż jest parno i duszno, nie łatwo się biega, już po paru krokach zaczynam się pocić. Na początku zaliczyłem wywrotkę, zahaczyłem o wystający korzeń i wyciągnąłem się jak długi, na szczęście obyło się bez otarć i zranień, tylko kolana brudne od piachu. Wokół tego jeziora biegam już regularnie od tygodnia, co mnie denerwuje to pełno śmieci, które ludzie zostawiają gdzie popadnie, w niektórych miejscach ustawione są worki, ale worki są niemal puste, a wokół nich pełno śmieci. Nie rozumiem tego, skoro ktoś dał radę przynieść pełną paczkę chipsów do lasu, czy butelkę z piwem to dlaczego nie dał rady wynieść pustej jej do najbliższego pojemnika na śmieci. Dziś widziałem pana, który jechał z taczką i zbierał te śmieci, ale zanim opuścił plażę, gdzie śmietniki są co kilka metrów, to miał prawie pełną taczkę.
[English] Today it was probably the hardest day to run, I was terribly tired, and it is still hot and it is not easy to run, after a few steps I start to sweat. At the beginning I fell over, I hooked up on the protruding root and stretched out like a long one, luckily it came without any abrasions and wounds, only knees dirty from the sand. I've been running around this lake regularly for a week, which bothers me, it's full of rubbish that people leave where they stay, in some places there are trash bags, but the bags are almost empty, and there is rubbish around them. I do not understand this, if someone could manage to bring a full packet of chips to the forest, or a bottle of beer, why did not he manage to bring it empty to the nearest garbage container. Today I saw a man, who was going with a wheelbarrow and collecting this trash, but before he left the beach, where the garbage cans are almost every few meters, he had wheelbarrow almost full.
