[POL] Musiałem odpuścić pokonanie poprzeczki na poziomie 41K w rywalizacji @racibo. Wiedziałem już to w czwartek, że przez kolejne dni nie będę miał szans na poprawienie wyniku. Dwanaście godzin w pracy i bardzo niepewna pogoda nie służą do robienia tak wysokich wyników, może gdybym miał nocki zamiast dziennych zmian to by było inaczej. Mimo wszystko zadowolony jestem z osiągniętego wyniku, gratuluję @merthin zwycięstwa, a pozostałym rywalom dziękuję za bardzo zaciętą walkę.

[ENG] I had to let go of beating the hurdle at 41K in the @racibo competition. I already knew this on Thursday that I would have no chance to improve my score over the next few days. Twelve hours at work and very uncertain weather do not help to make such high results, maybe if I had nights instead of day shifts it would be different. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with my result, I congratulate @merthin on winning and thank the other competitors for a very hard fight.

[POL] To, że nie mogłem zrobić ponad 41K nie oznacza, że nic nie zrobiłem. Bardzo aktywnie wykorzystałem przerwę na lunch, pojechałem na spacer do pobliskiego lasu. Natomiast po powrocie do domu szybko się przebrałem i wyszedłem potruchtać. Spokojne tempo biegu pozwoliło cieszyć się około półgodzinnym biegiem. Zapewne jutro po pracy to powtórzę.

[ENG] Just because I couldn't do over 41K doesn't mean I didn't do anything. I made very active use of my lunch break and went for a walk in the nearby forest. On the other hand, when I got home I quickly changed and went out for a jog. The calm running pace allowed me to enjoy about half an hour of running. I will probably repeat it tomorrow after work.
