[EN] Since last year and the introduction of mandatory " masking" I have been in the city centrum only a few times, I could count them on the fingers of one hand. It used to be different, because the historic center with the Grand Place located on a hill is full of atmospheric bars and restaurants where you could enjoy a Belgian beer in the restaurant gardens overlooking the square.

[PL] Od zeszłego roku i wprowadzenia obowiązkowego "maskowania" byłem w centrum miasta zaledwie kilka razy, mógłbym policzyć je na palcach jednej ręki. Wcześniej było inaczej, bo położone na wzniesieniu zabytkowe centrum z Grand Placem jest pełne klimatycznych barów i restauracji, gdzie można było rozkoszować się belgijskim piwem w ogródkach restauracyjnych z widokiem na plac.

[EN] But everything has changed, now almost nothing happens there. However, the city's rulers are not giving up on the festive installations, in this way they want to give the residents a bit of normality. Since March 20, the "Festival of Spring" has been going on in downtown Mons, which manifests itself by decorating the city with spring symbols, and several eggs and bunnies have been placed on the Grand Place.

[PL] Ale wszystko się zmieniło, teraz prawie nic się tam nie dzieje. Włodarze miasta nie rezygnują jednak ze świątecznych instalacji, w ten sposób chcą dać mieszkańcom odrobinę normalności. Od 20 marca trwa w centrum Mons "Festiwal wiosny", co przejawia się przyozdobieniem miasta w wiosenne symbole, a na Grand Place postawiono kilka jajek i zajączków.
