[EN] In the comments under yesterday's post, #POLIAC participants supported my decision to remove two inactive participants. On the one hand, I'm happy, but already after tomorrow's round, I can see that I'm facing no easy task of matching pairs. I think I can do it.

[PL] W komentarzach pod wczorajszym postem uczestnicy #POLIAC poparli moją decyzję o usunięciu dwóch nieaktywnych uczestników. Z jednej strony cieszę się, ale już po jutrzejszej kolejce widzę, że czeka mnie nie łatwe zadanie dobieranie par. Myślę, że dam radę.

[EN] Today will be short because after yesterday's long march I gave myself more rest. This didn't mean lying on the couch, I took care of a few things around the house and went out, or rather drove to the forest in Havre for a short running workout.

[PL] Dziś krótko, bo po wczorajszym długim marszu zadałem sobie więcej odpoczynku. Nie oznaczało to leżenie na kanapie, ogarnęłam kilka spraw w domu i wyszedłem, a w zasadzie pojechałem do lasu w Havre na krótki trening biegowy.

[EN] Like last time it was absolute freestyle, no heart rate or pace control, just moving forward. It worked out pretty well, as the average heart rate was the same as last time, but the pace of this six-kilometre run was much better. I even dare to think that in the last kilometre the GPS signal was interfered with, because in my mind I kept the previous pace of the run, and according to the watch the pace was 2 minutes slower than the previous one.

[PL] Podobnie jak ostatnio był to absolutny freestyle, bez kontroli tętna i tempa, po prostu poruszanie się do przodu. Wyszło dość dobrze, bo średnie tętno było takie samo jak ostatnio, ale tempo tego sześciokilometrowego biegu było o wiele lepsze. Śmiem nawet sądzić, że na ostatnim kilometrze sygnał GPS był zakłócony, bo w moim odczuciu utrzymałem poprzednie tempo biegu, a według wskazań zegarka tempo było o 2 minuty wolniejsze od poprzedniego.

[EN] Despite such inconveniences, I managed to get two records in 2021: fastest kilometer and fastest mile. This makes me laugh because I am very far away from actual records at these distances.

[PL] Mimo takich niedogodności udało mi się zdobyć dwa rekordy w 2021 roku: najszybszy kilometr i najszybsza mila. Śmieszy mnie to, bo do rzeczywistych rekordów na tych dystansach jest mi bardzo daleko.
