Dzisiejsza pogoda zdecydowanie zachęcała do wyjścia "poza granice", czyli ogrodzenie bazy. Pobiegłem na północ w stronę Casteau, kilka dni temu spacerowałem niemal po tej samej trasie, wtedy również było mroźno, ale słonecznie. Dziś biegałem przed południem, a w niektórych miejscach widać było szron na trawie. Oprócz ładnych domków i nielicznych łąk, które też za parę lat znikną pod budownictwo jednorodzinne trafiłem na kolejny opuszczony kościół. Ogrodzony drutem kolczastym jest niedostępny od lat, bo od kiedy pamiętam tak się prezentował, dobrze, że wandale oszczędzili witraże w oknach.

ENG Today's weather was definitely encouraging to go "beyond the borders", i.e. fence the base. I ran north towards Casteau, a few days ago I was walking almost on the same route. Today I ran before noon, and in some places I could see frost on the grass. Apart from nice cottages and few meadows, which will also disappear in a few years' time for single-family housing, I found another abandoned church. Fenced with barbed wire is inaccessible for years, because since I remember it looked like that, it was good that the vandals spared the stained glass windows.

Bardzo dobrze mi się biegło, cieszyłem się jak dziecko, że w końcu wyrwałem się poza ogrodzenie, myślę, że teraz częściej będę to robił, bo jak wspomniałem bieganie po tej samej trasie mnie męczy, potrzebuję wciąż nowych ciekawych widoków. Dzisiejsze nie były zupełnie nowe, a i tak cieszyły. Średnie tempo biegu 5:45 min/km, średnie tętno 159 BPM.

ENG I ran very well, I was glad as a child that I finally got out of the fence, I think I'll do it more often now, because as I mentioned running on the same route tires me, I still need new interesting views. Wieczorem jak wyjeżdżałem z pracy to była ostatnia okazja zrobić zdjęcie "róży wiatrów" w świątecznych ozdobach. Po niedzieli lampki znikną znowu na rok, a ten symbol pewnego paktu będzie stał na jednym z dwóch rond w bazie.

ENG In the evening when I was leaving work it was the last opportunity to take a picture of the "rose of the winds" in Christmas decorations. After Sunday the lamps will disappear again for a year and this symbol of a certain pact will stand on one of the two roundabouts undecorated.
