Daily Raport... [PL] błoto po ośki / [EN] mud up to middle of whels

Wreszcie mogłem sobie pozwolić na chwilę na rowerze. Co prawda było zimno, ale ciepło się ubrałem i po raz pierwszy w tym roku pełne rękawiczki założyłem, najgorzej było ze stopami bo pomimo grubych skarpet to moje buty na MTB mają dużo części z materiału, który szybko przemoczył się po przejechaniu paru głębszych kałuż. Jak wróciłem to długo nie mogłem rozgrzać palców, ale ważne, że był fun.

ENG Finally, I find time for a moment on the mountain bike. It was cold, but I got dressed warm and for the first time this year I wear full gloves, the worst thing was with my feet, because despite the thick socks, my MTB shoes have a lot of fabric parts that got wet quickly after riding a few deeper puddles. When I came back home I couldn't warm up my toes for a long time, but the important thing is that had a lot of fun.

Tym razem zdecydowana większość trasy była po leśnych podmokłych ścieżkach w okolicach Saint Denis, gdzie zdarzało się wjechać w błoto niemal po osie kół, ale na tym polegała najlepsza zabawa. Podobnie jak ostatnim razem pozwalałem sobie zmęczyć się na maksa na podjazdach, ale na zjazdach byłem maksymalnie skupiony z dłońmi na hamulcach i wypiętą jedną nogą dla asekuracji. Zbyt dużo mokrych liści było na ścieżce, żebym pozwolił sobie puścić się z górki na żywioł, szczególnie, że po bokach było ogrodzenie z drutu kolczastego, w które mógłbym wjechać.

ENG This time the vast majority of the route was on forest wet paths near Saint Denis, where it happened to ride into the mud almost on the axles. Like last time I let myself get tired to the max on the uphill sections, but on the downhill ones I was maximally focused with my hands on the brakes and one leg stretched out for safety. There were too many wet leaves on the path to let myself ride free from the hill, especially there was a barbed-wire fence on the sides that I could drive into.

Latem, gdy warunki są dużo lepsze pozwalam sobie czasami na zjazd z tej górki na pełnej, ale i wtedy raz czy dwa w cudowny sposób uniknąłem spektakularnej kraksy. Wracając do wczorajszej jazdy, dobrze, że miałem ubrany dość jaskrawy strój, który na koniec i tak był cały w błocie, bo w lesie po którym wczoraj jeździłem było polowanie i co chwila słyszałem wystrzały. Trochę miałem stracha, bo nigdy nic nie wiadomo.

ENG In the summer, when the road conditions are much better, sometimes I allow myself to descend from this hill to the full, but even then once or twice I miraculously avoided a spectacular crash. Coming back to yesterday's ride, it was good that I was dressed in a pretty bright outfit, which at the end was dark full of mud, because in the forest where I was riding yesterday there was a hunt and I heard gunshots from time to time. I was a bit scared, because you never know where they point :).
