[PL] Po kilku pogodnych tygodniach nastąpiło załamanie pogody i wróciła belgijska zima, czyli deszcze i silny zimny wiatr. W planach na dziś miałem spacer na pocztę, żeby odebrać paczkę, ale gdy już się zebrałem żeby wyjść z domu okazało się, że mam tylko pół godziny, żeby dojść do placówki, niestety to było zbyt mało czasu, żebym się wyrobił, dlatego podjechałem samochodem w pobliże centrum miasta i dale ruszyłem pieszo, udało się zdążyłem przed zamknięciem. Gdy już odebrałem paczkę zaniosłem ją do samochodu to poszedłem jeszcze na spacer po Mons.

Po południu wyszedłem jeszcze pobiegać po okolicy, tradycyjnie skończyło się na 5 kilometrach biegu, na usprawiedliwienie mogę dodać, że przez dużą część dystansu musiałem biec pod wiatr. Pomimo tych przeciwności uzyskałem dość dobre średnie tempo biegu 5:35 min/km.

[EN] After a few sunny weeks, the weather changed and the Belgian winter came back, i.e. rain and strong cold wind. I was planning to take a walk to the post office to collect the parcel, but when I had already gathered to leave home, I had realized that I had only half an hour to get to the post office, unfortunately it wasn't enough time for me to walk there, so I drove by car near the city center and walked far, I managed to do so before the closing time. When I picked up the parcel, I took it to the car and went for a walk around the city.

In the afternoon I went out to run around the area, traditionally it ended up with 5 kilometres of running, for an excuse I could add that for a large part of the distance I had to run upwind. Despite these adversities I achieved a good average run speed of 5:35 min/km.
